1. Each industrial air cooler wet curtain machine is suitable for 70-100 square meters of room temperature reduction. If this value is exceeded, the actual effect is likely to be not idealized, and it is very easy to cause excessive equipment work and problems.

2. Before the industrial air cooler is applied, check whether there are broken paper, dust and other dirt in the wet curtain and reservoir, and clean it 1-2 times a year. The water in the reservoir should be drinking water or other clean water.

3. The fan is an important part of the industrial air cooler. If there is a common fault, you should immediately cut off the switch power supply, and ask the welder to repair immediately. Pay attention to the wire connector during installation, and be careful when disassembling the centrifugal impeller to prevent the leaf surface deformation from colliding with the shell.

4, if the industrial air cooler float valve operation is invalid, found in the pool less water or overflow seepage, should immediately change or replacement.

5. If it is found that the power supply of the wet curtain is insufficient or uneven, check whether the water storage tank is short of water, whether the pump is operating, whether the water supply pipe and the pump channel are blocked, and whether the water spray pipe head channel is located in the middle of the wet curtain. All normal sprinkling relative height can not be ignored. If the water line is too low, it is very easy to burn the equipment.

6. When the industrial air cooler is overhauled, close the program and cut off the switching power supply for a period of time. As long-term application will form electrostatic induction, electrostatic induction is not easy to subside after turning off the power supply, so it is safe to overhaul.
