Refrigeration unit selection:

If the cold storage unit is large, it is recommended to use a water-cooled unit; if the unit is small, an air-cooled unit can be used, and the condensation area needs to be increased; if it is a large kiwi cold storage unit, it is recommended to use a parallel or screw machine.

As for the condensed water, when we make the aluminum plate, we will make an integrated ditch under the aluminum plate, and drain the warehouse as the ditch flows to the water tank to prevent water droplets from condensing on the kiwifruit.
Kiwifruit should be refrigerated after picking, such as stored in the cold storage of ordinary fruits and vegetables fresh storage or better effect of modified atmosphere fruit and vegetable fresh storage cold storage, in order to extend the storage period, to create more considerable economic income. Kiwifruit cold storage technology is to ensure that the relative humidity of kiwifruit cold storage temperature can be maintained at 90% ~ 95%, the gas component O2 content is 2 ~ 4%, the gas component CO2 content is 5%, and the cold storage temperature of kiwifruit is kept at 0 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃. It is worth noting that there must be no ethylene gas in the cold storage of kiwifruit, so it is also determined that kiwifruit must be stored separately, especially not mixed with bananas, apples and other fruits to avoid mutual ripening. Kiwifruit can be stored for 4-6 months in the cold storage of fruits and vegetables, and the quality meets the standard. If the use of modified atmosphere storage storage of fruits and vegetables, the storage period is generally up to more than half a year.
