3. If the air cooler is damaged or deformed due to transportation, it should be repaired before hoisting;

4. Before leaving the factory, the air cooler has nitrogen pressure maintaining and capillary sealing. Before installation, remove the sealing capillary tube. If there is air flow sound, it indicates that the evaporation tube of the air cooler is well sealed and can be used safely. If there is no sound of air flow, it means that the evaporator pipe is leaking and should be checked during installation.

5. The bolts of D-type ceiling-mounted air cooler shall be hoisted on the roof of the warehouse, and the hole spacing shall refer to the instructions of the air cooler;

6. The distance between the ceiling type air cooler and the wall surface (fan diameter 400mm or less than 400mm) should be kept at 250-300mm, and the wind should be used to facilitate the circulation and maintenance of cold air in the cold storage;

7. After installation, the ceiling type air cooler shall be level;

8. The drain pipe of the air cooler should have a certain slope to the outside of the cold storage, so that the defrosting water can be discharged out of the storage smoothly. The connecting pipe outside the storage should be U-shaped, and a certain liquid seal should be maintained in the pipe to prevent a large amount of hot air outside the storage from entering the cold storage;

9. Insulation should be added outside the drain pipe in the cold storage, and electric heating tubes should be added inside the drain pipe when the storage temperature is lower than -20 ℃ to prevent the defrosting water from freezing during the drainage process;

10. When installing the expansion valve, the temperature sensing bag must be tightly tied to the upper part of the horizontal return pipe and ensure good contact with the return pipe. The outside of the return pipe should be moisturized to prevent the temperature sensing bag from being affected by the library temperature;

11. The outlet of the air cooler should avoid opening beams or columns, so as not to affect the air supply range.

12. The D-type Freon ceiling air cooler electrical connection box is designed on the left side of the front of the air cooler. The connection box is divided into two types of low-power defrosting electric heating tube terminals with specifications below 22 ㎡. The second type of defrosting electric heating tube terminals with specifications above 30 ㎡ are all connected by Y-type connection. Due to the unbalanced load of the three-phase electric heating tube, the user must connect the neutral line. In addition, in case of one phase electric heating tube overheating and the other two phases will not cause overload;

13. When the defrosting electric heating tube is connected, the power supply of the fan must be disconnected to prevent the hot air from being blown into the warehouse during defrosting;

14. The defrosting cycle is adjusted to 1-4 times per day and night by the defrosting device, and the defrosting time is adjusted according to the thickness of the frost and quick freezing;

15. The defrosting device shall have a delay function. When defrosting is over, the air cooler fan cannot be started immediately to prevent the waste heat of the electric heating tube from blowing into the warehouse, which will cause the temperature of the warehouse to rise and affect the articles in the warehouse;

16, to check regularly, clean up the fin dust, to ensure the cooling effect.
