1. Relevant valves and equipment in the system are in their proper state. The suction and exhaust valves of the compressor, the inlet and outlet valves of the oil separator, the inlet and outlet valves of the condenser and the accumulator, etc. are all in the correct opening positions. The throttle valve opening is appropriate; Each fan and motor run smoothly; The water pump of the water circulation system operates normally without abnormal sound. There is no serious water leakage in the water circulation pipeline and each connection, the exhaust pipe or the air cooler coil are evenly covered with "dry frost"; Freon refrigeration system joints should never leak oil (oil leakage indicates refrigerant leakage), ammonia system valves and joints should never have obvious ammonia leakage.
2. Condensation pressure and condensation temperature, evaporation pressure and evaporation temperature are in a corresponding relationship. The evaporation temperature and pressure depend on the required refrigeration temperature. The evaporation pressure and the suction pressure of the compressor during operation should be similar. The condensing temperature and pressure are determined by the temperature and flow of the cold medium. Under normal circumstances, for the national standard series of refrigeration compressors, the highest condensing pressure of R22 and R717 shall never exceed 1.8MPa (gauge pressure). In operation, the condensing pressure is similar to the discharge pressure of the compressor and the pressure of the accumulator. If it is not similar, it will never be normal.
3. The water pressure of the cooling water of the horizontal shell and tube condenser should exceed 0.12MPa, and a certain inlet water temperature and water volume must be ensured; therefore, the air-cooled condenser should maintain a certain inlet air temperature, air volume and windward surface wind speed. Touch the shell of the horizontal shell and tube condenser with your hands, and you should feel the upper part hot and the lower part cool. The water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the vertical condenser is about 2~4 ℃, and the horizontal condenser is about 4~6 ℃.
4. The liquid level of refrigerant in the accumulator meets the requirements. During normal operation, the liquid level of the reservoir shall be 1/3~2/3 of the liquid level indicator.
5. The manual oil return pipe of the oil separator with manual oil return shall be cold and hot when necessary, and the general hot and cold cycle shall be about 1h. The operation of the filter and solenoid valve coil on the liquid pipeline of the refrigeration system should be warm, and there should be no obvious temperature difference between the left and right sides. Frosting and condensation should not occur more and more. If so, it is blocked.
6, throttle valve body frosting or condensation are uniform, the inlet must not appear thick frost. When the refrigerant liquid passes through the throttle valve, only a dull little sound can be heard.
7. The protection devices on the equipment, such as safety valves, bypass valves, etc., should be opened and closed flexibly, so the control devices, such as pressure controllers, differential pressure controllers, temperature controllers, etc., should be set correctly and operate normally. The pressure gauge pointer should be quite stable and flexible. The thermometer indication is correct.
