3. Air barrier and moisture-proof
The enclosure structure of the cold storage is set up with a heat insulation layer to reduce the heat transfer, but in the heat transfer process, the water vapor in the atmosphere is also transferred from the high temperature side to the low temperature side with the temperature difference (that is, the water vapor partial pressure is high One side is transferred to the low water vapor partial pressure measurement). When water vapor passes through the enclosure, it condenses into moisture in the material pores of the enclosure. When water is cold, it forms frost or ice, which greatly increases the thermal conductivity of the material, and the thermal insulation material is gone.
4. Cold bridge
The heat insulation structure of food cold storage mostly adopts the construction method of internal heat insulation, and there must be many cold bridges in the structure. In order to prevent the influence of heat transfer on the temperature in the cold storage and the damage to the building, the cold bridge must be dealt with and prevented.
